We meet Sydney Trent, a young girl with the weight of the world on her shoulders and a closet full of demons. Not only does she have to overcome the pressure of getting her life on the right track, but she must come to terms with the fact that she can't change the path that her drug addicted cousin, Candace, wants to follow. She wants so badly to be able to look up with a straight face and tell the world that she's okay and mean it. Riddled with guilt from a past that she wished would just fade away and haunted by the pain and suffering she's faced at the hands of her ex, Dean, she tries to navigate through life and her final year of high school. In comes Danny Connor, a ghost from her past, Sydney realizes that not all ghosts have bad intentions. When it's all said and done, will Sydney be able to find true peace and happiness?
